The location of this hotel in Pendik is fantastic for shopping and it offers great value for money. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's convenient for transportation between Sabiha Gocken airport and Marmaray. The staff, especially Mr. Ugurcan, were helpful in providing transportation advice for exploring Sultanahmet. The breakfast on the top floor with its stunning view of the Marmara Sea was absolutely brilliant. I would recommend this hotel for its location, value, and friendly staff.

We also received exceptional service from the general manager, who went above and beyond to assist us with securing bus tickets. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Not all staff members at the reception spoke English well, leading to communication difficulties. the cleanliness of the carpet in my room left much to be desired, suggesting that it may be due for replacement.

Located in a quiet residential area near the metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the coast. Cool deluxe room design with great value for money. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom/shower.
